Interested in exhibiting at Powderham Food Festival 2017? We are inviting traders to apply using the online application form below as soon as possible. as soon as possible. With in excess of 100 exhibitors already booked in we do still have some room for more exhibitors. Please complete your application form and submit as soon as possible – you will be notified by return if your application is successful. At this point you will be asked to supply further details, invoices will then be raised and payment will be required within 30 days of the invoice date. Please download and read our full terms and conditions and exhibitor fees here as by applying to exhibit at the festival, you will be confirming acceptance of these.
For the 2017 festival, as for previous years, we are offering a choice of either pre-erected market stall or space only (for you to pitch your own gazebo or similar) as well as tables inside the beautiful ground room floors of the castle (please note that these are very limited and are subject to approval by Powderham Castle). The site will include the Courtyards in front of the castle, The North Lawn, The Lower Lawn/Deer Park, The Rose Garden and of course, inside. This layout is largely the same as the 2016 festival. All areas will be well signed and stewards will ensure good circulation of visitors to all areas.
Our priority is to get the best mix of quality producers so that traders and visitors alike, enjoy a day to remember.
